Before we apply AI to a problem, we must first ensure the problem is worth solving—and that the solution aligns with the organization we aspire to become.

The standard question organizations ask is “How can we use AI effectively?”.

But if AI is a force multiplier that amplifies existing patterns, the more fundamental question becomes:

“What have we built that we’re willing to scale?”

There’s no framework for answering that. It requires honest assessment of your organizational vectors, willingness to redesign systems before deploying AI to them, and continuous attention to what’s being amplified once you do.
